Position: Captain / Server | Front of the House

Responsibilities

Provide refined, attentive service to every guest Guide guests through menu items, wines, and signature cocktails Maintain a clean and organized section with fine-dining standards Communicate clearly with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff, and management Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism Complete side work, opening/closing duties, and uphold restaurant standards

Requirements

Two + years of serving experience (fine dining preferred) Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge--or willingness to learn Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-volume service Hawaii Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain Minimum three shift required
