Cappza's Pizza -- Seeking candidate for General Staff positions

Potential to earn over $18/hour!

Base pay starting at $14.75-$15.50 depending on experience with potential to earn tips! Fully trained staff receive share of weekly tip pool, averaging $2.00-$3.00/hr worked.

Just like our food, our best employees are made from just the right ingredients. Our General Staff position will help you build your customer service and teamwork skills, learn to prepare our menu items and become ready to grow with us.

Our staff members learn our values and standards for food preparation and food safety at various stations: pizza & sandwich making, tending the oven, phone orders and cash registers. All while delivering top notch customer service you can't get from every pizza shop.

Ideal candidates will:

- General Staff candidates must be 16 years of age.

- Have the ability to develop productive, respectful relationships with all other staff members and be a team player, jumping into help others as needed

- Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Have the ability to learn and understand the entire menu, while following instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines.

- Be willing to cross-train in all of the restaurant stations.

- Be willing to always provide, REAL, great customer service!

- More availability the better, but willing to work around scheduling needs. Shifts will be a mix of days and nights including weekends.

- Full Time and Part Time available

- Previous experience is great, however we are willing to train the best candidates

- Starting pay will be dependent on previous experience, with real raises available to be earned after training completed
