Canvassing Team Leader - Build & Lead a Field Team
We're hiring a
Team Leader
to recruit, train, and manage canvassers who scheduleFREE in-home estimates
for windows, doors, and roofing projects. This is ahigh-growth leadership role
with strong earning potential.What You'll Do:
Recruit, hire, and train new canvassing reps Motivate and lead your team in the field to hit daily/weekly goals Engage homeowners, promote free inspections, and ensure professional interactions
What We're Looking For:
Experience hiring, training, and leading canvassers or sales reps Strong leadership and motivational skills Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors Ability to manage a field-based schedule (5-6 days/week)
