We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Canvasser to join our team. Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote products or services within assigned neighborhoods or areas Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner to generate interest and gather feedback Explain the benefits of our offerings clearly and persuasively Schedule appointments or follow-up meetings as needed Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies Represent the company positively in the community, adhering to all safety and conduct guidelines

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred (but not required) Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within canvassing teams Bilingual abilities are highly desirable (but not required) to effectively communicate with a broader demographic Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to influence potential clients Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during door-to-door campaigns

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
