Cannabis Trimmer Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week
7 AM - 3:30 PM $18.50 Per Hour Overview: Cannabis Trimmers are responsible for properly weighing, trimming, manicuring, and inspecting all cannabis flower intended for packaging. Also, provide daily care and focused attention necessary to trim and process clean, potent, and safe cannabis. This position plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the quality of our finished products. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Efficiently trims/manicures cannabis flower from plants in a quick and efficient manager \xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workspace while trimming \xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining a quality product \xc2\xb7 Inspects flower for defects \xc2\xb7 Operate with integrity and honesty \xc2\xb7 Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas \xc2\xb7 Complete side tasks as necessary \xc2\xb7 Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all trim weights Requirements/Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Must be 21 years of age or older \xc2\xb7 Must pass a background check \xc2\xb7 Must have an open and flexible schedule \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not necessary) \xc2\xb7 Previous trimming experience (preferred but not necessary) \xc2\xb7 Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains (preferred) \xc2\xb7 Must be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and punctual \xc2\xb7 Ability to obtain a permit as a cannabis worker (if applicable) and you must have this before you can start the job as a cannabis trimmer \xc2\xb7 Reliable transportation Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Medical \xc2\xb7 Dental \xc2\xb7 Vision \xc2\xb7 Employee Discount Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50 per hour Benefits:
