HomeGrown is now hiring a packaging associate to join the team! Responsibilities for a packaging associate include the following:

• Package and label plant contents into proper containers.
• Ensure labeling and processes are in compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the correct use of equipment. Set up work area at the start of each shift, maintain an orderly workspace, and clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Manage time efficiently and strive to increase productivity.
• Must work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers.
• Maintain and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Track products electronically on computer software systems.
• Additional duties and training based on business needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
