Overview




As an Online Order Expo Agent, you will be responsible for managing and fulfilling online orders. Your role will involve navigating various ordering platforms, coordinating with team members, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.



Key Responsibilities:



Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare and package online orders for pick-up, ensuring all items match the customer's request.



Platform Navigation: Efficiently monitor and navigate through all ordering platforms to track and process orders.



Product Familiarity: Gain a thorough understanding of the store layout and inventory to effectively locate and prepare products.



Communication: Maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and locate products as needed.



Order Accuracy: Double-check each order to ensure that all items are included and correctly packed.



Prioritization: Organize and prioritize orders based on their receipt time, ensuring timely processing of all orders.



POS System: Use the POS system to check inventory levels and ensure product availability.



Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients both over the phone and in person and notifying them when their orders are ready.


Pay range:

$20 to $20 per hour

Required skills



Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Age: Must be at least 21 years old. Background Check: Successful completion of a criminal background check. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Skills: Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to handle diverse personalities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented, flexible, team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Desired skills



1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience Previous experience with POS systems Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
