Job Title: Cultivation Technician Job Summary: Oversees all facility and plant needs for small, craft, adult-use cannabis company. The cultivation assistant role is an ENTRY-LEVEL role that places a heavy emphasis on facility cleanliness. This role is primarily responsible for the cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of the cultivation facility and equipment and participates in some cultivation activities. This position reports directly to the Facilities and Operations Manager. Compensation: $17 / hour Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm, 40 hours per week, Tues - Sat. THIS POSITION REQUIRES SATURDAYS. Responsibilities: Facilities Operations

• Opening and closing procedures
• Sanitize and maintain all equipment regularly and to company standards
• Sanitize and maintain all facility spaces regularly and to company standards
• Assist in organizing and maintaining proper placements of tools, equipment, and cultivation materials to ensure an efficient operation.
• Perform weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance as outlined in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals
• Other facility operations duties as assigned

Cultivation Operations

• Perform daily cultivation tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals
• Record data and information to be entered into our seed to sale software
• Assist in cultivation-related activities such as feeding plants, defoliating, and planting/transplanting as needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding job - which requires walking, stooping, bending, use of ladders, lifting a minimum of 25 lbs, and repetitive tasks - unassisted
• Ability to work within an indoor facility that may encounter seasonally elevated temperatures
• Bring a positive, proactive, and motivated attitude daily

• Passion for the plant and a commitment to high quality
• Adult Use Individual Identification Card (IIC) required - we can assist you with this process

COVID-19 considerations:
Gloves are a standard sanitary protocol for processing for working with the plants. Some masks required depending on the task. There is always a stock of surgical and N95 masks if an employee wants to wear one. We can provide respirators as well. Work Location: In person
