Dispensary Associates
to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for all customers.Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences and needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and regulations Process transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling Verify proper identification and ensure compliance with all state/local cannabis laws Maintain clean, organized displays and stock levels Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Must be
21 years or older
and able to pass a background check (as required by state law) Previousretail, customer service, or dispensary experience
preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable Must have flexible availability and willing to work eveningsJob Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
