What you'll do

Assist in the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and monitoring growth conditions. Operate irrigation systems effectively to ensure optimal plant health. Utilize horticultural knowledge to identify plant needs and address any issues promptly. Participate in planting, transplanting, and harvesting processes with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse and outdoor work areas. Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for various gardening tasks. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in farming and landscaping techniques. Perform heavy lifting as needed during planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities.

Basic qualifications

Experience in horticulture or agriculture with a strong understanding of plant care. Familiarity with greenhouse operations and outdoor gardening practices. Basic math skills for measuring nutrients and calculating irrigation needs.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or related fields such as landscaping or lawn care. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment used in cultivation processes. Ability to identify various plant species and their specific needs.
