In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming ingredients into delightful candies that meet strict safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help us deliver sweet experiences to customers while adhering to industry regulations and maintaining a clean, efficient manufacturing environment.

Prepare and mix ingredients following detailed recipes and production guidelines to create a variety of candies. Operate and maintain candy-making equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Monitor the cooking, cooling, and molding processes to achieve consistent product quality. Follow FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards to ensure food safety at all times. Package finished products efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and proper handling procedures. Conduct regular sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas to uphold food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients, supplies, and finished goods accurately using basic math skills. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments is highly preferred, especially within the food industry or food processing plants. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and sanitation procedures is essential for ensuring compliance and safety. Mechanical knowledge related to candy-making equipment or general manufacturing machinery is advantageous. Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment used in food processing plants will support efficient operations. Basic math skills are necessary for measuring ingredients, adjusting recipes, and inventory tracking. Strong understanding of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment is required.
