Pay Range:

$65K DOE

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (hybrid)

Travel:

Responsibilities:



Lead full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on developing early-career and school-based talent pipelines. Build and maintain relationships with academic programs, faculty, and career services to support student and new-grad recruitment. Manage job postings across traditional job boards and campus platforms, ensuring accurate and effective role visibility. Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and participate in candidate evaluations for students, new-grad, and experienced hires. Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and outreach activities to elevate brand presence and attract emerging talent. Ensure all recruiting processes align with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as internal policy requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



1-3 years job specific experience preferred. 1 year healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Human Resources certification preferred. Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet-based recruiting resources (Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn) Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)experience preferred.
