Position Summary: Sera Talent is supporting our client who is seeking an experienced Campus Recruitment Operations Associate to join their team in New York, NY. This is a full time, direct-hire position, Hybrid schedule The organization is seeking an accomplished individual with a strong track record in both academic and professional achievements to join the campus recruiting team. In this role, you will contribute to driving operational excellence, take the lead on event and sourcing projects, and devise innovative approaches to connect with student talent globally within a collaborative and inclusive work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a key member of the campus recruiting team, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Designing and executing the firm\xe2\x80\x99s campus-facing recruitment activities, focusing on candidate identification and engagement strategies for specific sponsorships and sourcing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the head of campus recruiting to promote best practices, enhance collaboration, and boost productivity.
  • Partnering with various firm groups, particularly the DEI team and on campus initiatives.
  • Playing a crucial role in crafting and implementing the team\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy.
  • Serving as the primary contact for sponsorships and sourcing projects, leading the strategy for high-profile sponsorship activities and developing direct outreach initiatives for high-potential candidates.
  • Contributing to the planning and project management of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s event and outreach strategy, including logistics, advertising, and staffing.
QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience, including significant time in a high-performing campus recruiting or operations team or as a frequent participant/collaborator in campus recruiting activities.
  • Financial Services experiences preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Critical thinking ability coupled with creativity, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to create effective proposals, draft communications for various audiences, and distill actionable items from meetings.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Bachelor\'s degree
