The Campus Programs Operations Manager ensures those experiences run seamlessly -- turning bold ideas into scalable, high-quality candidate journeys from offer through onboarding. The Campus Programs Operations Manager drives the operational rhythm of T-Mobile's early talent programs -- managing the logistics, relationships, and tools that bring our programs to life. This role focuses on operational planning, candidate communications, vendor and logistics management, and partnership coordination across internal teams and university stakeholders. It's ideal for someone who loves connecting details to outcomes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to deliver an exceptional candidate and partner experience.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). The role can be based in Bellevue, WA for current T-Mobile employees already working in the Bellevue, WA office location; Overland Park, and Frisco, TX. For external candidates, the role can be based in Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX only.
