Executive Summary


Archbishop Moeller is an all-male, Catholic high school (grades 9-12) located in Cincinnati, OH. Founded by the Marianist order of Priests and Brothers, Moeller is a Catholic high school in the Marianist tradition. Moeller strives to educate all students, regardless of ability, in Mind, Body, and Spirit within a Community of Brothers. Moeller is nationally recognized for their House System and continues to be a leader in the integration of technology, celebrating over 20 years as a one-to-one tablet school. Moeller offers a comprehensive, college preparatory curriculum which includes over 30 Advanced Placement/College Credit Plus courses, as well as courses in visual and performing arts, world language, business, and information technology.

Campus Minister (Director of Formation of Faith)

to join our dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative faculty starting in August 2026.

Selected Duties


Coordinate all aspects of retreat experiences for all students + Design and create retreats
+ Recruit and train student leaders
+ Lead faculty retreat teams
Plan meaningful liturgies and enhance experiences of prayer Collaborate with the campus ministry team for organization and implementation of all programming and activities + Team includes full-time director of service, justice, and peace; a full-time administrative assistant; and a part-time priest chaplain
Oversee student and adult leadership teams Coordinate with appropriate parties to provide pastoral care and bereavement support to students Facilitate small faith sharing groups and support groups, including Marianist LIFE ministry

Qualifications


Experience in youth retreats and retreat methodology Ability to relate to high school aged males and motivate them to bring their faith to life Strong collaboration skills and experience working with small groups to create and implement programs. High level of organizational skills Willingness to work a flexible time schedule, including weekend and overnight retreat experiences. Must be a practicing Catholic Master's degree preferred Ideal candidates will be dynamic, personable, energetic individuals who work well with high school students and their families and will be able to help foster the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth of each student. Compensation, Benefits and Hiring


Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package including paid vacation, personal days, paid holidays, healthcare, dental, FSA, 401K option with employer contribution, graduate school tuition reimbursement, tuition remission, and paid lunch program. The position is full-time; contract is effective August 1 with orientation and onboarding in August.
