Role: Campus Manager - Summer 2026
Location: Thornwood, NY
Compensation for this role is $1,500 / week + Room and board. All applicants must be age 21 or older*

About the role
As Campus Manager, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations of the campus. You will be managing and coaching the campus's summer staff, including Activity Leaders, ESL Teachers, and other team managers. Other duties include assisting with student transportation, activity development, student discipline, stock management and payroll. As the main contact for the Director of Operations, the Campus Manager takes on a fundamental role in ensuring students, staff, and local suppliers are accommodated throughout the summer.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
Managing, coaching, and providing performance evaluations for the program staff, including Activity Leaders, Local ESL Teachers, and Senior Staff Managers.


Ensuring the campus is set-up (branding, stock, etc.) prior to student and staff arrivals.


Managing staff hours, payroll, and holding weekly staff meetings.


Handling student discipline and behavior concerns


Being available to work nights and weekends for some events, such as arrivals and departures, and to assist with emergency situations should they arise.


Acting as primary liaison with the international sales teams, ensuring student expectations are not only met, but exceeded.


Ensuring all student paperwork is completed, and all EF and local regulations are adhered to.


Managing student arrivals and departures and special events like orientations and graduation ceremonies.


Preferred Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent experience.


Administrative experience.


Excels under pressure.


Strong communicator.


Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager.


Decisive - able to act fast and make informed decisions in the moment.


Passionate about customer service and quality.


Must be legally able to work in the U.S (United States) or have a work permit.
