Responsibilities:

The Campus Director will provide support related to school and classroom programs, data management, vendor coordination, and family communications.

Manage and maintain a high-quality ECE program. Maintain age-appropriate programs to assist children in achieving emotional growth, self control, and understanding. Interact professionally with parents, team members and children daily. Ensure team culture, program quality, safety, licensing, and sanitation guidelines are met. Develop and implement training and professional development for the teacher's continued growth. Oversee early childhood program operations in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. Prepare and maintain required records and reports to KDHE and NAEYC standards

Required Skills:

Minimum of two year of prior leadership experience Willingness to learn new software specific to the business Thorough knowledge of ECE and child development Ability to coach and mentor team members. Ability to work well with families, children and team members High level of communication skills, both oral and written Ability to perform simultaneous multiple tasks Ability to analyze problems effectively and communicate with an administration team Ability to work regular office hours as they are set, with some flexibility Maintain KDHE Program Director Approval for up to 100 children

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
