The Role
As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
Pay Range 49,000 - 63,000 USD

Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.

Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm in a professional manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and internal teams.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity in all communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong logistical coordination skills, especially for events, interviews, and multi-step processes.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
A team-oriented, collaborative working style.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
Project management
Providing solutions on out-of-scope task and consulting with senior coordinator/leads
