Our all-girls camp focuses on independence, confidence, and strength in all aspects of life. We look for counselors with different backgrounds and experiences to become part of our family. We are looking for staff members who are creative, reliable, energetic, and passionate about working with children. One of our many goals is to offer you an opportunity to learn from our talented mentors and our experienced staff. We want you to continue to develop your coaching and teaching skills and, of course, have fun! We love staff with a can-do attitude who are willing to get silly with the girls! We are hiring activity specialists in the following areas: hiking, water skiing, soccer, volleyball, swimming, tennis, ropes course (high and low), rock climbing or bouldering, videography, photography, silversmithing (jewelry-making), arts and crafts, ceramics, and more. We also hire counselors who want to live and spend the day with our youngest counselors.

Salaries start at $2,000/Summer and we offer completion bonuses and travel reimbursement. Counselors live on-site and are provided room and board.
