Call Center Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services. Providing accurate and consistent information. Providing quality customer service and support.

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:

1-2 years of experience in a call center environment. Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people. Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications. Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills. Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. Healthcare or Human Services experience preferred. Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
