Duties



Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information related to products or services Enter data accurately into company databases, ensuring all client interactions are documented properly Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently during calls Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures when applicable Support medical office operations by scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and processing requests Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills Analyze customer inquiries to identify trends or recurring issues for reporting purposes

Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse populations Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, empathetic approach Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and familiarity with CRM or call center software systems Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred; experience in a medical office setting is a plus Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances service delivery Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
