Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information related to products or services
Enter data accurately into company databases, ensuring all client interactions are documented properly
Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently during calls
Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures when applicable
Support medical office operations by scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and processing requests
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills
Analyze customer inquiries to identify trends or recurring issues for reporting purposes
