We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires availability on weekends and involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Utilize computer systems for data entry and manage customer information efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding medical terminology and services offered.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Skills
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
Strong customer service background with experience in a call center environment.
Excellent computer skills, including data entry capabilities, to manage customer interactions effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear understanding with customers.
