We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our clients. We never close for any reason.

Summary

We are seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team at Carolyn's Communications for 2nd shift position 3pm - 11pm. This role is vital in providing outstanding customer service and support to our medical clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Each call we take is important. Clients select a business based on the level of confidence we exude and the expectations of the service they expect. We have high expectations for our employees and their ability to go above and beyond.

Dress Code - Employees are expected to wear Scrubs after 30 days. A Positive Attitude - Gossiping, negative attitudes, or rudeness will not be tolerated Attendance - Employees are expected to be on time for their shifts Weekends - Since we never close, all employees are required to work some hours that include both weekends and holidays

Requirements

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly. Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills is essential.
