Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with enthusiasm, actively listening to understand their needs and concerns. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or medical-related inquiries using clear communication skills. Document customer interactions meticulously through data entry into our systems, maintaining high accuracy levels. Follow established phone etiquette standards to ensure a professional and friendly caller experience. Assist customers in navigating our services or medical office procedures, offering guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and relevant policies to address complex questions effectively.

Experience

Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual abilities in English and one or more additional languages are highly valued for serving diverse populations. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures is a strong plus. Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with data entry systems and basic software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette approach. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
