East Idaho's Fastest growing Internet company is now taking resumes for our Call Center Representative position in our Burley office. We are looking for reliable, upbeat, and hardworking individuals to join our team. Our customers are our #1 priority. This position will be full time. Responsibilities-
Troubleshoot customers technical problems with internet services including but not limited to routers, switches, internal network connections, and wiring.
Provide customers with precise and consistent resolutions in a timely manner.
Noting customers accounts.
Create service call tickets.
Learn current new technology in routers and radios.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
