Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Call Center Representative

to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring every customer who contacts our dealerships receives prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls for all Red River Auto Group locations, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and assisting customers with general inquiries.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage all incoming phone calls for Red River Auto Group locations Greet customers with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm Accurately route calls to the correct department or team member Provide general information regarding sales, service, and business hours Record customer messages and ensure timely follow-up Maintain knowledge of dealership departments, staff, and operations Support customer service efforts by helping resolve basic issues or questions Maintain a positive and professional tone in every customer interaction Assist with occasional administrative or data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Professional phone etiquette and a pleasant speaking voice Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic computer and data entry skills
