Schedule:

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends

Hours:

8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifts may vary within this window)

Compensation

: $17.00 Per Hour plus Bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Albuquerque. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, process requests, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or customer outreach Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments with customers Send appointment reminders and confirmations via phone, email, or text Update calendar systems and coordinate availability Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Process orders, returns, and service requests Handle billing inquiries and payment processing Resolve customer issues and escalate when appropriate Enter and update customer information and account details in database systems Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in CRM systems Send follow-up communications after calls Follow call scripts and company protocols Adhere to privacy regulations and data protection policies Maintain quality assurance standards Meet performance metrics and call handling standards Participate in ongoing training and development Collaborate with team members to support overall call center operations

Qualifications

Previous call center or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with CRM systems for home products a plus Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

This is an in-person position - no remote work available
