Call Center Manager

Schedule & Pay:



Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as business needs Starting Pay: $85,000/year

Experience That Makes You Shine:



Prior team leadership, call center, or customer-facing management experience Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team with empathy and accountability Background in scheduling, event planning, or high-volume task management is a plus

Your Day Might Look Like:



Manage daily call center operations and team performance Oversee scheduling, dispatch coordination, and call flow Coach CSRs to hit booking goals and follow call scripts Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction Track KPIs and report on call center metrics Train, onboard, and support new team members
