What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, accurate bilingual support (English & Spanish) Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service scheduling Resolve issues or escalate when needed Maintain accurate customer records Consistently meet team and service goals

Fluent in both English & Spanish (Required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a corporate environment Customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
