Position Summary:

We are seeking a few full-time, Call Center Representatives to join our January-2024 New Hire Class! Our office is in West Valley City, Utah. Our interactive three-week training will be onsite, where you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to meet your peers face-to-face. Training includes snacks, raffle prizes and group exercises! This is a Mon-Fri work onsite position scheduled 9:30am - 6:00pm. This is a great opportunity with an awesome base pay rate, and provides the ability to earn incentive pay each pay period. We welcome Spanish/English bilingual candidates!

Requirements

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll take care of your customers by handling inbound calls, gathering information, researching, and resolving your customer inquiries.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll want to track and document all your great customer interactions in our \xe2\x80\x9cCRM\xe2\x80\x9d system.
• Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Be the great communicator that you are! Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner by providing accurate and thorough information.
• Build solid relationships with your customers through open and interactive communication.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll want to chat with your Team Lead and co-workers on Microsoft Teams for help\xe2\x80\xa6and sometimes to compete!
• Reference an online manual to help you answer customer inquiries.
• This is really important\xe2\x80\xa6.you are going to provide an exceptional customer experience!!!

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• Available to start on January 8th or 15th, 2024.
• Looking for a steady Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm shift.
