Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a Call Center Agent in Siloam Springs. The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday Friday 7:00a-4:00p

Key Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers. Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately. Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately. Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately. Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines. Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred Some customer service or call center experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
