As a Call Center Representative at PanOncology, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking assistance or information. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Provide information about locations and services
Resolve complaints or issues
Maintain accurate records of interactions
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify and escalate priority issues
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
Must be bilingual capabilities are advantageous
Knowledge of phone etiquette and office procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
