Interstate Trucker is a law firm dedicated to defending professional truck drivers for over 30 years. We are looking for an Intake Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many clients, this role is critical in providing outstanding service and guiding potential clients through the legal intake process. What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls from potential clients; gather citation and case information, explain services, and provide pricing.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads who submitted website forms or expressed interest in our services.
Clearly communicate the benefits of hiring our firm and assist with service selection.
Process payments for legal services and memberships.
Respond to status update requests from current clients by accessing case info and coordinating with the Legal Team.
Accurately document all client interactions and updates in the system.
What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Customer service experience, especially over the phone.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team.
Preferred, but Not Required
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Experience handling high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls.
Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or administrative office setting.
Familiarity with the transportation or trucking industry.
