Essential Job Requirements

  • Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
  • Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
  • Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
  • Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Required Education


High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field


Required Skills

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
