Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged accurately. Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs. Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery. Assist multilingual customers by communicating in both English and Spanish when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. A proactive approach to upselling opportunities while maintaining customer trust.
