  • Some call center / customer support experience.
  • Experience in finance / Banking will be preferred.
  • High school degree is required.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Position Type : Hybrid - 3 days Onsite , 2 days Remote
  • Open to work in Rotating Shifts (Every 3 months) between 6am to 9pm EST - 8hrs/ day - 5 days / Week
  • Must have a computer, phone and internet connection while working from home.
