to join a busy, high-volume bakery operation. This is a hands-on role creating custom cakes, mousse cakes, and chocolate-decorated desserts for our customers.
What You'll Do:
Layer, ice, and decorate cakes professionally.
Work with fondant, chocolate, and other cake decorations.
Assemble custom cakes per customer requests.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proven cake decorating experience in a commissary or commercial kitchen.
Skilled in piping, icing, fondant modeling, and chocolate work.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
English required; Spanish a plus.
