What you'll do
Design and decorate cakes and cookies with artistic flair, ensuring each piece is visually appealing and meets customer specifications.
Collaborate with team members to produce a variety of cakes and cookies, ensuring quality and consistency in food production.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering creative suggestions for their orders.
Experience
Proven experience in cake decorating, showcasing your artistic abilities through a portfolio or previous work samples.
Background in food production or culinary arts, with hands-on experience in a kitchen environment.
Familiarity with cake decorating process including filling and finishing a cake, stacking a cake and applying decorations.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices to ensure the highest quality of products.
Excellent customer service skills, enabling you to connect with customers and fulfill their requests effectively.
Previous experience in a bakery or cake studio of 2 years or more.
