Job Description





Supervises the operation of the Casino Cashier Cage personnel during an assigned shift. Responsible for verifying funds of assigned cashiers and performs all related duties during the shift. Adheres to compliance of all gaming regulations and any other governmental agencies where applicable.

Qualifications

Education High school diploma or the equivalent. Assists with the operational activities of the department on assigned shift.
Recommends procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
Recommends procedure changes that ensure proper accountability for gaming guests.
Reviews daily and monthly reports.
Adheres to compliance of all gaming regulations and any other governmental agencies where applicable.
Implements changes in accordance with current needs.
Identifies and resolves employee and guest concerns.
Participates in departmental brainstorming meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Licenses Gaming License Other Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company\'s production and quality standards. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels. Must work calmly and be able to grasp change quickly. Must be able to stand and talk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10-40 pounds. Work may require a flexible (weekends and nights) schedule.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience Trains, supervises, motivates and evaluates department staff.
Completes human resource paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicates with Supervisors, Managers, and Directors on Departmental operations.
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Prior experience in finance/credit areas is required.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and a photo copier.
Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have excellent guest and human relations\' skills.
Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all federal, state and local regulatory permits as required by position.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Must have working knowledge of Regulation 6A.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Uphold the company\xe2\x80\x99s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements. Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
