The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Cage and Vault Supervisors to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cage Supervisor, you will supervise the daily operations of the Cashier Cage and Main Bank. Our successful candidate will deliver high-level guest service and associate relations in accordance with Delaware North operating standards and state and federal laws.

Minimum pay rate: $18.25 / hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee cage operations.
• Enforce all policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers.
• Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability.
• Handle guest complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.
• Actively promote an environment that is conducive to high quality service and employee relations using positive leadership skills.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, developing and monitoring associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years\' supervisory or management experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to multi task during high volume times.
• Handle large amounts of money accurately, honestly, and in a professional manner.
• Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work well with guests, vendors, and associates.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must able to bend and lift as needed.
• Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high.
