Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including counters, utensils, and equipment, following sanitation standards. Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations, replenishing food supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow. Handle dietary accommodations with sensitivity and accuracy to meet diverse dietary needs. Manage inventory levels of food supplies and utensils, notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and uphold high standards of hospitality. Follow all food handling procedures diligently to promote safety for both staff and customers.

Experience

Prior experience in food service roles such as cafeteria work, fine dining establishments, or catering is highly valued. Experience in food preparation, serving, or banquet settings will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques is essential for maintaining quality standards. Customer service skills are crucial; you should be comfortable engaging with diverse guests in a friendly manner.
