Cafe POD Manager

to lead the charge!

Position Overview:

As the POD Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of cafe operations in a flagship location and oversee the operation of additional satellite locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team excellence, and profitability. This role requires a humble and hungry attitude--ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Master and uphold our recipes, ensuring every dish meets Bee Healthy Cafe standards. Recruit, train, and coach a motivated, health-conscious team for each of the distribution points in your POD. Build community connections and actively promote the cafe to raise local awareness. Drive catering sales in your POD area. Monitor and manage labor and food costs to achieve profitability goals. Drive sales growth through exceptional service and creative marketing initiatives. Ensure the cafe operates in alignment with Bee Healthy Cafe's brand and mission.

Qualifications:

A passion for health, well-being, and balanced eating. At least 2 years of experience in a management role where you were responsible for all aspects of a location with at least 5-7 teammates reporting directly to you (restaurant/cafe management preferred) . Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Business acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales. A proactive and community-focused mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
