Job Summary:

Berge Auto Group seeks a customer-oriented Cafe Counter Attendant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for working at our dealership's complimentary customer Cafe, providing excellent customer service to all guests and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere at all times. This is not a tipping type of position.

Day Shift Hours:

Tuesday Thursday Friday 12:00PM - 6:00PM



Saturday (every other ) 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Compensation & Benefits:

$16/hour with Sick Pay

Responsibilities:

Operate and clean the Cafe for Breakfast/Lunch as needed Perform all customer transactions accurately Clean the Cafe and ensure there is an inviting atmosphere Stock Cafe products Prepare food in accordance with the company's standards Adhere to all health & safety regulations Ensure proper working order of all equipment Assist in other duties as assigned Assist with filing service documents

Requirements:

Have or be able to obtain the AZ Food Handler's Card Previous experience in the Cafe industry desirable Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently Must be 18 years or older and have a polished work place appearance and demeanor Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Stand for long periods of time

We require a valid AZ driver's license, good driving record, clean background check, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (not including THC).
