is looking for a skilled and dedicated

Cable Installation Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications, networking, and low-voltage systems, with proven hands-on experience in fiber splicing, cable routing, network installation, and field service support.

In this role, you will be responsible for the

installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting

of various cabling systems, including fiber optic, coaxial, and Ethernet networks. You will work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations.

Duties

Install and maintain various types of cabling systems including Ethernet and telephony. Perform fiber splicing and ensure proper connections are made for optimal signal quality. Utilize hand tools and equipment such as an ohmmeter to test and troubleshoot cable installations. Work with Cisco routers and other network devices to establish reliable connectivity. Provide field service support by diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.

Qualifications

Familiarity with computer networking principles and practices. Valid Driver License and social security with a clean records. Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

A good Salary range starting from $1.300 up to $2.000 and more (Hight rates in the markets).
