Responsibilities:
Install and service residential TV, Internet, and Phone services
Run and secure cables (indoors, outdoors, basements, attics)
Verify signal levels and ensure proper equipment functionality
Install modems, cable boxes, and related devices
Troubleshoot service issues
Provide excellent customer service and explain equipment to customers
Requirements:
Experience as a cable technician is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver's license
Valid Social Security Number
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Capability to carry and work with a 28 ft ladder
iPhone/iPad to receive work orders
White van or truck (
