Responsibilities

Assemble and solder cable assemblies according to specifications and engineering drawings. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus. Proven experience in cable assembly and soldering. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
