We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, fabrication, and construction, with the ability to produce high-quality custom cabinets and related millwork. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and millwork components.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet parts.
Measure and mark materials with precision for accurate cuts and assembly.
Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, and hardware on-site or in workshop settings.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols related to construction site work, woodworking machinery, and material handling.
Experience
No prior work experience is necessary, but willingness to learn in these categories would be great.
Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction trades such as trim carpentry or framing carpentry.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment.
Knowledge of construction estimating, remodeling, restoration industry practices, or water damage restoration is a plus.
Experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments involving metal stud framing, roofing, siding, or flooring installation is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
