Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing and construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, fabrication, and various carpentry techniques, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role offers the opportunity to work on custom cabinetry projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and precision throughout the fabrication process. Candidates with experience in construction estimating, remodeling, or restoration industries are encouraged to apply.

Duties

Construct, assemble, and install custom cabinets and furniture according to detailed blueprints and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans for accurate fabrication Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to precise specifications Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, or painting to achieve desired aesthetics Assist with related tasks including door hanging, fixture installation, or remodeling projects as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on-site for seamless project execution

Experience

Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication or woodworking within construction or manufacturing environments Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and schematics reading Background in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or metal stud framing is advantageous Experience with construction estimating, remodeling, restoration industry projects, or water damage restoration is a plus Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical drawings required Prior work on construction sites involving flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, or roofing is beneficial Ability to perform heavy lifting and work safely in physically demanding environments

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
