Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cabinet installation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met Supervise, train, and support installation crews and subcontractors Coordinate project schedules, materials, and manpower to meet deadlines Perform quality checks on all installations, ensuring work meets company and client expectations Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for cabinet layouts Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve issues Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report progress to management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Handle problem-solving on-site and provide technical guidance to installers Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and installation supplies

Skills

Proven experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or related construction field

Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
