About the Role
As a Cabinet Designer and Sales Specialist, you will manage cabinet projects from initial client consultation through final installation. You will be responsible for creating functional, visually compelling cabinet designs while maintaining clear communication with clients, builders, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on site consultations and take accurate field measurements
Design cabinet layouts using professional rendering software
Present designs and selections to clients and revise based on feedback
Price cabinetry accurately and manage project budgets
Coordinate cabinet orders, delivery schedules, and installation details
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Follow established design and sales processes and contribute to process improvement
Track design and project time accurately for internal reporting
Collaborate with team members and support training or mentorship as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in cabinet design and sales preferred
Proficiency in cabinet design and rendering software
Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and finishes
Excellent communication and client presentation skills
High level of organization and time management
Ability to work independently while following established processes
Experience working with builders and contractors is a plus
